The GB Controls team is pleased to announce the sponsorship of left wing back, Álvaro Fernández, as he joins Preston North End football club.
Bright Season Ahead
GB Controls was presented with the exciting opportunity to sponsor Álvaro Fernández when he signed for Preston North End in July 2022. He is joining Preston North End for the 2022/23 football season on loan from Manchester United’s U23 team, where Fernandez was crowned their player of the year 2021/22.
The 19-year old has already made a huge impression following his debut matches, with the team drawing 0-0 with Wigan Athletic and Hull, along with subsequently assisting with 2 goals in the team’s 4-1 victory over Huddersfield Town.
As Álvaro Fernández’s sponsor, GB Controls, will attend various football matches throughout the season to show our support for him, as well as for the Preston North End team. In conjunction with this, GB will also attend the prestigious Sponsors Dinner at the end of the season.
